Winners of the 2nd Observer Ethical Awards have been announced. Due to the high level of entrants the judging panel has stated that the winners and runners up are all exceptional in their fields. The winners of the Ethical Fashion Product of the Year Award were Terra Plana, who aim to develop the “best-feeling designer shoe brand in the world” They were judged to have a very clear sustainable direction and to heading towards their company goal of total sustainability by 2010.
