Delivery Schedule
Delivery is normally within 5 working days of receipt of order, although please allow up to 28 days. All schedules are subject to item availability. We aim to stock all items although due to reasons beyond our control this is not always possible. Our website is updated daily to reflect stock levels. Intra day stock levels are not monitored by the website. Times quoted are based on UK deliveries. Overseas customers should email us at info@earthbabyorganics.co.uk if they want an estimated delivery time.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
All orders include UK VAT (if applicable) at the prevailing rate. We regret we do not have a facility for overseas customers to reclaim VAT
Returns Policy
Our Returns Policy applies to items purchased from Earth Baby Organics via www.earthbabyorganics.co.uk.
Our 30 day "no quibbles" guarantee
Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Please note: We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. We cannot refund for goods purchased over 1 month or which have been used or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights. Exchanges will be given whenever possible. Return postage, packing, insurance and direct costs cannot be refunded. If you do wish to return goods please email us at info@earthbabyorganics.co.uk quoting your receipt number and giving the reason for the return.
How to return faulty items
You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item, as this will be needed should there be a fault. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item please contact us by email, in writing or by telephone on 01723 379801
Cooling off period
At Earth Baby Organics we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why, under our "no quibbles" guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item.
By law, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the item's delivery to you. This applies to all of our products.
To cancel your purchase under this cooling-off period, please e-mail us or write to us, giving the reason for the return as "contract cancellation". Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. Please email us at info@earthbabyorganics.co.uk for the return address.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or if the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge - we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge. Remittance terms
Online orders can be paid for by credit or debit card. Alternatively print off your order and send it to us along with a sterling cheque made payable to Earth Baby Organics.
